Double ensuite in lovely house

Hi there!
I am moving out of Sheffield for a new job so my room is available in a lovely house with friendly flatmates.
The room is the attic room and spread over 2 levels. It comes fully furnished with double bed, drawers, loads of storage space, ensuite shower/toilet, inbuilt kitchen should you choose not use the main kitchen. There is also a TV and a few desks and a mini sofa.
Broadband, council tax and cleaner are included in the rent. Gas, electric and water extra to pay which works out approx £50pm extra (probably less now going into summer).

In the rest of the house there is a shared kitchen and living area. The kitchen has a huge fridge/freezer, gas hobs, fan oven etc. There are 2 other bathrooms for the other housemates to use as well as your own ensuite.

You'll be sharing with 4 great housemates. During the week we tend to chill out after work, maybe go to the gym or watch some tv etc
At weekends depending on who is about we socialise together by going into town and frequenting Division Street, having bbq's in the garden now it's summer etc.
