Double room beautiful yet affordable property

Hey, my name's Nige Netzband and I'm a 26yr old post-grad student. My uni friends have flown the nest and as a result I have a decent size double bedroom available in a lovely property. Looking to get someone in asap.

The property is very nice for the price, people always comment on it when they come round. Situated 15min walk from the city centre and 2mins from a bus stop into town if you're feeling lazy (buses every 10mins to Arundel Gate). It was formally used as a counselors practice and is pretty quirky. It has 3 floors, an attic room with an en-suite which is currently my room and two other large double rooms situated on the first floor with 1 shower/bath/toilet/sink room and a separate toilet/sink room (so you'll basically have an en-suite to yourself). It comes fully furnished and is done to a very high standard, lovely thick carpets, various artwork and a chaise lounge to go with the counseling theme.

I am very easy going and sociable and would obviously prefer people of like mind. Up for a big night once in a while to decent nights or the odd night in with a few drinks etc. I'm also into lots of active stuff including going to the gym, climbing, snowboarding, cycling, tennis etc.. Also would like people quite tidy, as it's such a nice house it's a shame to have it messy! I don't smoke but I'm not too fussed if people do in the house.
