Large double bedroom in Nether Edge inc bills

My name is Claire. I am a professional who is friendly and relaxed. I currently share the house with Tom who is a teacher. It is a 4 bedroomed place so there is plenty of space.

I am looking for a second housemate to move in. Tom and I are both sociable and up for the occasional glass of wine and trips to the Broadfield!

The room is a large double bedroom which is available from the end of September. The date is flexible. It is nicely decorated with a double bed. There are four double wardrobes, a chest of drawers and a bedside table. The price includes all utility bills, council tax, TV Licence and the cleaner alternate weeks.

There is a Smart HDTV in the living room with amazon prime, a separate dining room and large kitchen which has a dishwasher, washing machine and american style fridge freezer. There is a large cellar which is dry and excellent for storage. The new bathroom was put in last year and has a separate shower cubicle and roll top bath. There is outside space with a decking area for BBQs and a patio.

Nether Edge centre with Sainsbury's local, organic fruit and veg shops, tea rooms and the Broadfield pub are all within a very short walk (less than 5mins). The road is not a main thoroughfare so is quiet and there is on street parking.
