The flat has a high quality finish and includes 2 bathrooms and a mezzanine floor containing the living room. Free parking is available on the street outside and is plentiful at all times of day. A communal garden is also situated to the front and to the rear of the house and includes a BBQ area.

We are looking for someone who is sociable and would enjoy the opportunity to socialise with the other tenants in the other two flats within the building.

The room for rent will be available from October. Rent is £425 monthly and includes council tax and internet with a minimum 6 month contract.
