This room has great views across Meersbrook. It is freshly painted with a new carpet and new mattress. To make up for its small size there is plenty of storage space inside and outside the house. There is a unique summer house which is ideal for extra private space for studying/working from home, relaxing or eating. There are veg plots if you have green fingers. There is a good shower and fast broadband. I do not have a TV.

I would like to find a sociable tidy lodger to take either full time or part time lodgings. I am a sporty outdoorsy home owner, so there is also space for sports equipment.

The house is a 10 minute walk from the Climbing Works, a short ride out to the Peak through Endcliffe Park, or a short cycle into town/the delights of London Road. Nether Edge has great local shops, cafes and pubs. This is a great area to live in.

Rent is £225pcm all inclusive for Mon to Fri.
