On road parking and close to a wide range of shops and cafes and bars on Abbeydale and London Road as well as a short walk into Nether Edge with its community feel, Zeds whole good supermarket and Cafe #9, bakers, sainsbury's tea shops and gift shops. Farmers markets a few times a year and Abbeydale Picture Palace on the doorstep.
For couples staying there is an additional charge per room.

All bills are included up to a maximum gas and electricity usage after which additional bill costs are split between the number people in the house (we are energy conscious and would need you to be too - thus the incentive!)

We have a dog around sometimes so you must be comfortable with this affectionate and cheerful presence.
