I am looking for a friendly housemate to fill my double room which is available in my newly refurbished and comfortable home in the Nether Edge area. Close to all bus routes and only a 20 minute walk into the City Centre. This room comes fully furnished and all bills are included along with white goods. A cleaner also attends the property once per week. The local Tesco and Sainsbury stores are conveniently just a 5 minute walk away. This property is situated in a pleasant, quiet area of Sheffield.
