House share in newly refurbished, modern stylish 3 bedroomed house, open plan, fully furnished, with all white goods, etc. I am looking for a neat, clean and responsible person or couple to whom I can entrust my home. I'm an academic commuting to Sheffield for 3-4 nights each week, so for a lot of the time you'll have the house to yourself / ves.
