This is a very clean, well-maintained home and is not overcrowded like many other house shares. In fact, the only other person living at the property is myself, the live-in landlord, providing a peaceful, relaxed, and comfortable environment.

If you require me to reserve the room for a period of time before moving in, a £200 holding deposit will be required. This is because I may need to decline other suitable applicants while the room is being held for you.

The holding deposit will be used towards the first month’s rent and deposit if the tenancy proceeds. If you decide not to proceed after agreeing to take the room, or fail to provide the required information within the agreed timescale, the holding deposit may not be refundable in accordance with the relevant tenancy rules.
