Double room in Edlington

I have a double room for rent in New Edlington. There is also space on the drive for your car if you drive. I do have a small cat and a 2 year old son so this needs to be considered as there will be some noisy mornings and toys out. I’m looking for someone who doesn’t stay out late or intend to bring randoms back as this is a big no. Council tax band A. All bills included in the price. 1 month probationary period so we can both make sure we’re happy before we fully commit. I’m also open to short stay lets. I also have a single bedroom with desk available.
