Friendly, Comfortable Rooms in House available

The house is in a quiet area, with good bus routes, shops, bars etc.
I live in my home with 5 small dogs so must be dog friendly.
The double room is available month to month.
The single room is short stay as it does not have wardrobe only small hanging space.
Great garden, bills inc.
Must be working not staying at home all day. Must be clean and tidy especially in shared kitchen and bathroom at all times .
Lounge can be used short periods but I do want someone permanently in it this is my home and chill area .
