Double room available in spacious house + garden

Double room available in lovely 2 bed house 1 min walk from top of Meersbrook Park from beginning of October/ end Sept

Lovely house with big garden, near the park, open plan lounge situation :) Is 3 bed technically but planning on living 2 total for a while,

Furnished, Im moving in as owner and looking for lodger/ friend to share the beautiful space with me.

Interests include hiking, cooking, gardening, jigsaws, foraging, hoop dance, having friends over for food/ films/ games/ bbqs/drinks. Loose communal cooking as schedules allow works well :)

I plan on having people round every so often so someone who is okay with peace and people would fit :)

BIg private grassed garden + veg patch for yoga/ exercise/ sunbathing (good luck), BBQs etc.

+ large attic room for extra living space/ yoga/ friends to stay, and study room.

Rent £550 month + bills due to location, extra 2 rooms communal, garden and double room :)

Photos from right move as didn't take any on viewing, so small changes in furniture, but lot of the furniture being left :)
