Top floor attic bedroom with own stairs in a 3 floor victorian semi.
Wardrobe, desk, shelving unit, mirror, lamps, double bed with thick mattress with cotton bedding with a down duvet (bed has only been slept in on occasion by myself).
The house -
Fibre broadband, new roof with new velux window, new washer, new carpets, fully stocked kitchen inc coffee machine, air fryer.
Cctv, locked garden gates, quaint south facing garden with sofa and recliners, patio with covered pergola, nice quiet neighbours, on street parking.
Location -
Off Derbyshire Lane, S8.
2 mins walk to Graves park, 5 mins walk to Woodseats main strip, 5 mins walk to Meersbrook park, regular bus routes, local shop.
About me - I'm a nature and dog lover, keen gardener and cook, enjoy hiking, watching movies, learning languages and have many interests.
I'm friendly and sociable at times, love a good laugh but also quite a private person and my partying days are over.
My dog is a little female cockerpoo, fully trained, excellent behaviour and quiet.
I rarely have visitors so this is a safe and secure house for just you and I (and my dog). Wouldn't suit anyone who wants guests to stay over, sorry this just wouldn't work for me
I'm afraid it would not be suitable for the following -
- Anyone who genuinely does not like dogs.
- Anyone who is into a party lifestyle or late night/loud living.
- Anyone who works from home or works part time.
.- Anyone who wants guests staying over.
Professional preferred, sorry no students or couples.
If you would like to rent mid week, the room will be yours and not used or entered whilst you are away over the weekend. You can leave your things here securely.
