Double room available in Meersbrook

Hi! Looking for a housemate to join me in a double room in the 3-bed terrace house I’m currently renting on a monthly rolling basis.

Ideally located:
- 5 minute walk to bus stop to town
- Close by to shops and gym (local corner store and Lidl/Heeley retail park)
- Lots of nice cafes and bars close by (Kopi and Chai just round the corner and Wild Loaves a bit further away)
- Right next to Meersbrook park, great for a walk

Rent is £420pcm which includes broadband, energy, water and council tax (Band A). There is also a security deposit of £365.

I work locally in a politics related job and I’m currently working from home. I love cooking and trying new recipes, playing sports like football, running, and reading (you’ll have a great selection of books to choose from). I love the occasional pub trip and a glass of wine!

You’ll also be living with Tom, who is lovely and works locally in a pub and enjoys bouldering, hiking and reading!

We’re very laidback and would love a housemate that is a friend
too, but like their alone time too.

The kitchen is nice and open and gets a good amount of light in during the day. There is a washer, dishwasher and standard sized fridge/freezer as well as a gas oven with gas hobs if you're into cooking. The lounge is nice and cosy and also gets a good amount of sun throughout the day and has a big tv perfect for watching your shows or films.

There is a small garden space at the rear of the property with wild flowers that look beautiful when they bloom in the spring/summer months.
