Lovely quiet area in Penistone great for commuting or working from home. Nice patio and fenced off garden. Quiet neighbours and I have a small friendly dog.

Parking on the front of property. I am living landlord who works full time, easy going and relaxed, keep the house clean and tidy but not obsessive. Ideal for someone who works from home or doesn’t! Pubs and shops within walking distance, looking for someone quiet and easy going, the rent includes all bills.
