Hi im a 42yrs old surgeon, letting a furnished room + ensuite in my 3 bedroom house.

The house is on Waverley estate off the M1, 15 min drive to sheffield city centre and 10min to rotherham, 10 min to meadow hall, 8 min walk to Morrison store.

The monthly fees is inclusive of all bills including unlimited ultra fast fibre wifi + parking space
The kitchen is nice and wide with all appliances and backing into a nice south facing garden with a decked area.

There is a downstairs cloak room and a third room which i use as dressing and study.

Tenant is Preferably above 40 yrs old. Strictly no indoor smoking, u can smoke in the garden. no pets, no gf/bf stay overnight
