Hello. I am a professional, single woman. I have a 3 year old daughter. The room is an attic room so access via 2 lots of stairs. Decent sized double with TV and broadband and WiFi. Nice garden with summerhouse and shed. Drive for parking. Well decorated and maintained. I have 3 dogs (2 Patterdale terriers and a labrador). Looking for a male to rent the room. I'm very reasonable and we can discuss the details in person. Lodger must be respectful and clean and tidy. There is a shared bathroom, with a bath and shower, lodger would have access to living room/dining room and kitchen. I get along with my neighbours and have had no problems with my neighbourhood.
