I’m looking for a clean, considerate, and responsible person to share my home. This would suit someone who works full-time and wants a peaceful, comfortable place to live, not just somewhere to stay.

If you enjoy a tidy home, respect shared spaces, and appreciate a relaxed living environment, we would likely be a great match.

Located in the heart of the town centre.
Just a 5-minute walk from the train station and interchange.
Close to the cinema, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, gyms, and more.

*The Apartment
Bright, modern apartment with beautiful view.
Spacious open-plan living room and kitchen.
Two bathrooms for extra convenience and privacy.
Double bedroom with a large wardrobe. A single wooden bed frame can be provided, but a mattress is not included.

Water
Electricity is not included. It is billed every three months and shared equally.
I currently use mobile internet, as broadband is not installed because I am rarely home. However, broadband can easily be arranged if needed.

Secure garage parking may be available for an additional monthly charge, subject to availability.

This is a calm, friendly, and respectful home.
I’m usually at work during the day, so the apartment is quiet much of the time. It would suit someone with their own routine who values personal space and enjoys a peaceful environment.
I’m looking for someone who will treat the apartment as their home, not just a place to sleep.

*House Rules
No smoking.
Long-term housemate preferred.
I may consider a pet, although the home is currently pet-free.
