Generally sole use of the house

A 2 bedroom house in Broom used only occasionally by the owner when he is in Rotherham, usually in connection with business.
It is rent free but the tenant will pay occupation expences ie Council tax, gas, electricity (there are solar panels) , water, broadband and TV licence.
The house is in need of some TLC but nothing serious and the tenant must keep it clean and the garden tended.
The landlord is happy that the tenant can shape the house to their requirements on an agreed basis. A lot of give and take will be permitted.
It is unlikely that the landlord will be there more than a maximum of 50 days in a year.
Sorry but I don't have any more pictures to hand at the moment and I am 140 miles away.
