An old but rather lovely house with large gardens around it, set back from a main road and screened by mature trees.

The large double room pictured in this ad overlooks the front garden, with a smaller window looking out onto the side garden.

The second double room is smaller and at the rear of the house overlooking the rear garden.

The house is fully carpeted, has gas central heating, secondary double glazing and wifi.

The larger room contains a king size bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, dining table and 2 chairs, an armchair, a TV point and TV table.

The smaller double room contains a double bed with 4 drawers beneath it, a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, dining table and chair, an armchair and small side table, and a TV point.

The bathroom and kitchen are shared, but there is a cloakroom downstairs, however there is no sitting room or lounge. The washing machine is outside in the utility room and there is plenty of drying space both outside on lines and inside on heated rails.

The garden is large with many mature trees including fruit trees. The patio is at one side of the house and parking is available on the drive.

The larger room shown on the ad costs £310 per month, the smaller one costs £295 per month. There are no bills other than the rent, and although the tenants are responsable for their own room, the common areas are maintained by myself.

The house is a 10 minute walk from Rotherham hospital. It is close to Whiston crossroads giving easy access to Rotherham, Wickersley, Sheffield, the Parkway and the M1 and M18 motorways.

This is an easy going and happy household which would suit someone who wants a quiet and tranquil retreat at the end of the day.
