Double Room to rent 10 minute walk from Rotherham train and bus station quiet, clean and friendly household,

Reduced rate for week only stay. Please note I live in the town Centre so if you want to park on the street you will need to buy a permit I don't know the cost but, I would say no more than £35 (for the year) Also I have a elderly cat she does nothing all day except sleep so will not bother you.

This is a great house and I would love to rent a room to the right person.
