Single room with a view

I have a small room to let in my terraced house. The bedroom at the front of the house overlooks a school and beyond is open-aspected. There is a bathroom with both a shower and a bath close to the bedroom which can be used. There are also shared kitchen facilities on the ground floor. I am looking for a tidy person who would leave the shared facilities as they are found.

I am looking for a quiet and responsible and tidy person who will respect living in my house.

I live 2 miles from Rotherham centre Wath upon Dearne. There are bus services into town which take a few minutes. It is accessible to Manvers and the Dearne Valleyand also to Barnsley, Rotherham and further afield to Sheffield.

A fairly quiet tidy person would fit well into the household.
