Flat Share in Town Centre Apartment

Hi, I rent a good sized 2 bed apartment only 2 mins walk from the centre of Rotherham and just around the corner from Wetherspoons! I am looking for a flatmate for my spare double room. I am a 38 y/o profesional male who is very relaxed and easy going. The apartment is comfortably furnished and there is Broadband and a Washerdryer for you to use. I am looking for a male or female who will have use of the entire flat. I would consider a part time housemate, maybe someone who only needs the room midweek. The rent can be negotiated depending on how often you'll be here. However full time is welcome. Nick.
