I'm the owner occupier and this is my home which I share with my small dog Simba so applicants must be pet lovers.
I'm pretty easy going and like my own space so will not crowd whoever moves in. I'm situated near Clifton Park within walking distance of town centre and train/ bus stations also easy access to Rotherham hospital and RCAT college and M18 for commuters. Parking space on drive.
