Single Bedroom in well Furnished House

I am renting out my spare room, just to help put my finances in a little bit more of a comfortable position.

The room is compact, but comes furnished with wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. I hardly ever use the living room so you will essentially have exclusive use of this room.

I am a pretty liberal guy and not difficult to live with. Provided you can keep your things relatively clean I am very laid back and will let you just do your own thing.

I also have a cat, so someone without allergies preferably. She currently thinks the spare room is her room, but you are welcome to have her in there or keep her out as you prefer.

Please note pictures are a few months old, the room for offer now has a cupboard and a desk in it. I have also put a pull up bar in the garden if that's your thing.
