A furnished double room

The house is old and rather lovely set back from a main road with large gardens around it and screened by mature trees.

The double room overlooks the rear garden and is furnished with a double bed which has drawers beneath it, a built in wardrobe, a small chest of drawers, a dining room table and chair and an armchair. There is a TV point and wifi is available.

The bathroom and kitchen are shared and there is a cloakroom downstairs, but there is no sitting room or lounge. There is a cat in residence but she kindly allows us to share the house with her.

The washing machine is outside in the utility room, and there is plenty of drying space both outside on lines and inside on heated rails.

The house is close to Whiston Crossroads, with Rotherham hospital a ten minute walk away. It offers easy access to Rotherham town centre, the Parkway and Sheffield, and the M1 and M18 motorway.

We are an older household, with a very easy going and relaxed attitude, but as there is a cat, I cannot accept pets, and the house is definitely a child free zone.

This house would suit someone with a busy life who needs a place to stay which is both quiet and friendly. Please phone as I do not have a computer at the moment and leave a message if I do not answer
