We have a lovely cat called Molly, who loves to cuddle up once she gets to know you.

All bedrooms have the following included:

New bed including mattress, bedside table, wardrobe.

The kitchen comes equipped with a washing machine, microwave, fridge + freezer, kettle, toaster.

This is a no smoking house.

Bills included in the rent are:
Council tax, water, gas/electricity

There will be a £100 per month surcharge for couples wishing to rent a room.
