Room available in lovely flat with female teacher

The flat is in a nice area of Shafton on a (mostly) family home estate.

The flat is cosy and furnished.
The room is of good size, currently furnished with a SINGLE bed but could take a double bed if you wished to provide one. Also includes shelving unit and wardrobe, other things can be requested within reason.
Due to the main bedroom having an en suite, the use of the main bathroom will come with the rented room.

All bills included.

I work general teaching hours and am out and about quite a bit. I'm easy going and respectful and would like to share with someone similar.
