The room is available either furnished or unfurnished so I’m quite flexible. The property is 3 bedroomed semi-detached with off road parking, garage and garden/decked area. Plenty of storage space. All amenities included: wifi, living room, dining room, kitchen with appliances etc included.

Grenoside is a great area as its close enough to the city centre where I work and is on a main bus route. There are great walks all around with Grenoside woods being on the doorstep and only 5 mins drive from the M1 or Woodhead Bypass for access to Manchester. There is also a train station at Chapeltown and Meadowhall which is easily accessible.

I am happy to consider Short term let and also Monday to Friday let.
