I am advertising a room within a modern 4-person flat on West Street. The flat comes with a large living room/dining room space, a spacious kitchen (that has all kitchen appliances e. g. a microwave, a washing machine etc) and a small patio, with access to a roof terrace. All bedrooms come with a a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers a study desk and a chair. Located on West Street, you will be in the heart of the city with easy access to bars, shops and restaurants, plus you are only a short walk from either Sheffield Hallum City Campus or University of Sheffield!!

The housemates are all female, and would prefer to be joined by another female tenant. They are very friendly and are moving forward into second year. The cost is only £99 a week, including bills.
