House Share near Endcliffe Park

Hello,

I'm looking for a housemate for a friendly, welcoming home. Its an en-suite room on the ground floor.

Detached house with plenty of natural light with a creative and peaceful atmosphere.
We have a south-facing garden too.

Its a family owned property on a cul-de-sac in Sharrow, a 5-10 minute walk to Hunters Bar, Endcliffe Park, the Botanical Gardens. We're also 5 minutes from local shops and the delights (and cakes) of Sharrow Vale Road.

The location means it easy to get to many places in and around Sheffield, parks, Peaks, with the city centre is a short bus ride away or a 20 minute walk.

Current housemate: Freelance mural artist, into dance, the outdoors, swimming and all sorts of things.

Looking for people who:

- Are up for open communication to help each other feel at ease at home.
- Are looking for somewhere to live longer-term.
- Enjoy socialising and having time to ourselves as well.
- Like chats and cuppas.

Bills are included in the rent, if you're working there'll be an additional council tax contribution of £45 (students exempt.)
