House Share: Sociable home near Endcliffe Park

Hello,

I'm looking for housemates for a friendly, welcoming home.

There are two rooms available: the double room is available from now, and the double en-suite from mid-May. It could also be possible to start from June or July.

It's a detached house with plenty of natural light with a creative and peaceful atmosphere.
We have a south-facing garden too.

Its a family owned property on a cul-de-sac in Sharrow, a 5-10 minute walk to Hunters Bar, Endcliffe Park, the Botanical Gardens. We're also 5 minutes from local shops and the delights (and cakes) of Sharrow Vale Road.

The location means it easy to get to many places in and around Sheffield, Parks, Peaks, with the city centre is a short bus ride away or a 20 minute walk.

Current housemate(s): Freelance mural artist, into dance, the outdoors, swimming and all sorts of things.

Looking for people who:

- Are up for open communication to help each other feel comfortable at home.
- Are looking for somewhere to live longer-term
- Enjoy socialising and having time to ourselves as well.
- Up for being in a home that feels lived in.
- Like chats and cuppas.

Bills are included in the rent, if you're working there'll be an additional council tax contribution of £45 (students exempt.) Also, the double room has been freshly repainted white (yellow in picture).
