Bills are included - other than council tax. If you are a student then exemption letter will be needed for council tax and if you are a non student then part share of council tax will be required.

The house is located a short walk from the shops and bars of Crookes, and is very convenient for the University of Sheffield and Hallamshire and Childrens Hospitals.
