Lovely double room in Meersbrook

I have a lovely double room available to rent in Meersbrook. It is part furnished so there is room to bring some items of your own. We are close to two parks, a main bus route and local amenities. The house has three bedrooms and you would be sharing with two others. We have a shared bathroom with shower and bath, lounge and kitchen diner.

I am friendly and easy going. I work full time and am busy at the weekends and evenings but like to be sociable and share veg box, glass of wine etc. I am happy to organise house trips to the cinema, theater or pub. There is a real log fire in the living room and a little garden area for entertaining in the summer.

There is use of broadband, space to park and a washing machine. All the bills are included in the rent. Any questions please feel free to contact me.
