Single room in friendly, helpful, family house

From 1st January 2011, we will have 2 single rooms to rent in our friendly, family home, at the top of Dobbin Hill. We are very near to Ecclesall Road and Banner Cross.
There are frequent buses to Hunters Bar and town and it is quick and easy to get to the Peak district. Some people, living nearby, walk and cycle to the university; walking would take about 40 minutes.
We have had a lot of lodgers who have wanted short term lets and a post graduate student, from China, returns for a few weeks every few months.
We only take girls and women, due to my daughter’s preferences, and are happy to let the room from a few weeks up to a year. We would reduce the rent for a Monday to Friday let.
Our daughter, a mature 16 year old, who is in the sixth form, working towards A’ Levels, lives here and we have 2 sons at universities outside Sheffield. We have 2, friendly, smallish dogs and a big garden
I am a support teacher who works fulltime for Derbyshire, with children with physical disabilities. My husband is a retired college lecturer in English; he is now studying for an MA in Creative Writing and writing a novel and radio plays.
We are both kind and helpful!
The kitchen, lounge and bathroom are shared and there are two toilets, upstairs and down. There is a fridge for lodgers and a kettle in each room. We have broadband internet access, a washing machine and a drier, although we try only to use this if all else fails.
We charge £65 a week all inclusive, apart from phone calls and food;
