A cosy attic room very close to the Sheff Uni!

I AM WILLING TO PAY FOR A MONTH OR SOMETHING BUT PLEASE PLEASE AN URGENT NEED TO FIND A REPLACEMENT

Hi, I am a current tenant of a house on 71 Brunswick Street, but I will need someone to replace me for the second semester. I am going for a leave of absence and can no longer live here, the house and housemates are totally perfect.

The agency is helpful and speedy with replying to any issues. You don't have to actually be here to sign the contract, all paperwork can be done online.

The house is beautifully located, 5 minutes walking to UoS Students Union, 10 minutes walking to West Street, hence the centre is very near - and the University tram stop is close too! Sainsbury's, Co-op also 6-7 minutes away, Aldi 15 minutes away, really 10/10 location.

My room is really the coolest one! Around 11 sq metres big. At the attic, very clean and warm as the heat goes up always, no humidity at all, walls in a perfect condition, a big bed - I believe it is 2/3 one, deskchair, wardrobe, night table, chest of drawers, even a locked storage area which actually an elongation of a toilet.

The house has a living room on the ground floor. There is also a nice, big kitchen there. Two toilets in total.

There are 5 other pals, very friendly, sociable and funnny ones, living here. But very considerable, you wouldn't hear a loud music at 3 am whatsoever.

The tenancy agreement terminates at the end of June.

Bills are ~15 per month (lowered for the second semester) and include everything, internet too. It works great from everywhere inside the house!
