Unfortunately, after 18 months, I need to leave this amazing flat so I am looking to find a replacement. We will consider either someone looking to rent the whole property individually, or 2 people that want to pair up to share. The landlord is live out but very helpful and responsive if you need anything.

It’s a spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom flat in Kelham Island, in an ideal location near plenty of bars, pubs, gyms and cafes for brunch! It’s also only a 15/20 min walk into town, there's a tram stop across the road and there’s a local Tesco a 5 minute walk away.

The master bedroom has an en-suite and there is a second bathroom with a bath and shower.

It’s a great place to live in a quiet building but lots going on in the area. There's also a private underground parking space included.

Viewings available - week of 17th December and after the 2nd January.

Whole property is 880 per month.
Utilities are on top: council tax, electric and water approx 166 pounds per month.
