I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy agreement as I am going abroad to study in January. The tenancy agreement finishes at the start of June. I am looking for someone to move in as soon as possible/immediately! However, if someone wanted the property from February-June I am still interested to hear from you as we can talk about options for rent!

The house is located on Ecclesall Road, just down from Tesco.

- Private bedroom, 3/4 bed, in a house with 4 other tenants, 3 girls & 1 boy
- 2 shared bathrooms, shared living room and kitchen and a private garden
- Fully furnished
- 10 minute walk from Sheffield Hallam Collegiate Campus, and a bus goes from outside the house directly to Hallam City Campus. 25 minute walk from University of Sheffield.

All housemates are lovely and so easy to live with!

P. s the bedroom is a lot bigger than it looks on the photos :)
