I am looking for a tenant to take over my tenancy contract. The room itself is a spacious attic bedroom which comes furnished with a single bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, coffee table and futon. The futon itself can be collapsed into a Queen sized bed. As for the rest of the house, it is a four bedroom property with one bathroom, a shared living room and kitchen. The house is located on South Road, close to ASDA, local produce shops and cafe's. There is ~20 minute walk down to TUoS and a regular and reliable bus service goes from South Road to the city centre. Free on-street parking is also available.

You would be sharing the property with two females and one male. All are students at The University of Sheffield and are more science-focused people. They are very sociable people and will happily talk about a variety of topics. They are a positive and friendly collection of people.

The tenancy would run from the agreed date up until 30.06.19 with the opportunity to sign on for another year.
