A furnished double bedroom (8'x10' or so), which comes with built in wardrobe. As a bonus, I'll throw in a box-room (7' square), which would make a fine space for storage, or a small office, so you'll have more space to yourself than just a bedroom.

This, in a three-floor terrace with broadband, landline telephone, garden, bath/shower, TV, washing machine, tumble-dryer, etc. The rent covers all the usual bills: gas, electric, Netflix, Internet, etc.

Very good transport links with the city centre (Buses 20, and 83, for instance), and a Tesco Metro and other local shops are conveniently close at hand. There's parking to be had on the road (or its grassy verge) out front. Only a mile from Northern General Hospital on one side and Hillsborough on the other.

About me? I'm an affable and benign live-in landlord who would welcome a moderately tidy lodger of some variety. Feel free to be interesting. I advocate pancakes, and enthuse over archive television, film and radio. The house is generally tidy, relaxed, LGBTQIA friendly, and friendly in general. I'd be very glad to hear from you.
