Hi I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy of a room in a two bed apartment at hawk works. It's a 5 minute walk to the Hallam city campus and close to lots of shops and local transport. If you are interested viewings are available, also happy to answer any questions.

Caged pets are considered (NO loose pets such as cats or dogs)
