Hi All - we have a new house share available from 1st June. Very keen to hear from anyone looking to join a new group of either four or indeed 3 ( with a spare guest room) .

Four bedrooms ( one is slightly smaller one is enormous
Electric shower and full bath

Neighbours are quiet. Everything is in easy walking distance - restaurants, park, cafes, Sharrow vale and nether edge markets etc

It’s close to the 'Lost and Found', the city centre and both universities, hospital etc so easy walking distance, parking is on street via permits ( two available via the council) and usually okay outside the house - and obviously pretty good bus routes.
