Housemate needed to share great house in Heeley

Housemate needed for a lovely house in Heeley, to share with a female young professional.

The house is in a great area, less than half an hour's walk into Sheffield City Centre and on several good bus routes, close to a very good local, and a short walk from Heeley farm and local parks. Room available is a double room on the first floor. Double bed, lots of storage space - floor to ceiling cupboads along one wall and cupboard under stairs. There is an attic space (occupied by me), and a single spare room / store room. Small bathroom with electric shower over bath. Living room at front of house, with sofa bed, armchair, electric fire. Small kitchen preperation area opens up into large kitchen space with table and chairs. Large fridge / freezer, more than enough for two. Small garden at the back with grass area, I am trying to grow vegetables around the edges.

I would ideally like to share with a woman who is a young professional / postrgrad or similar, although I will happily consider anyone. My preferred housemate would be politically aware and care about women's rights lgbt rights and the environment - not essential for you to be an activist or anything but it would help if we shared the same views!

Move in date is flexible - my current housemate is able to stay until I have found someone to move in - but the sooner the better! Total rent for house is 525 a month, so will come to around £60 a week, bills not included. Band A council tax, tv license and water paid for until end of Sept. £300 deposit.
