The house is in a great location, close to the city centre and train station (less than a mile). It is across the road from beautiful Meersbrook park with excellent views across the city. At the end of the road there is a retail park with a wide range of shops (inc. Matalan, Boots, B&M, Lidl, etc). There are also many cafes, restaurants and pubs on Chesterfield road (a two minute walk), as well as a corner shop across the road from the house. There is also a convenient bus stop near the house.
