All Inclusive: Great House, Fab Location-Broomhill

A very nice, good sized, double room in a great house on a quite road close to the centre of Broomhill.

We are looking for a twenty something, female, young professional (or postgraduate), to join three female house-mates in a great house with fantastic location.

The house is located on a quiet road right in the heart of Broomhill conservation area. It is very close to the amenities, shops, cafes, bars, pubs and restaurants of the broomhill high street. It is ideal for the city centre (as Broomhill is on a main bus route for the city) and even closer to the university and central hospitals (which are within very easy walking distance).

The room is a very nice, double room . It is a light and bright room that is is nicely decorated and well furnished to a good standard with lots of wardrobe space.

The living area has an open plan kitchen with peninsular and feature extractor, that opens into the living area complete with Ikea furniture and TV. The kutchen is well designed with lots of storage space, gas hob and had a washer/drier... is equipped with everything you need kettle, toaster, microwave, crockery, pans, cookware.....

The rent includes ALL Bills including broadband and council tax.

There is an outside courtyard garden and a sunny front wall (ideal for watching the world go by).

The new housemates are young professionals working locally in Broomhill And surrounding areas... they are pleasant friendly and really nice and looking forward to a fourth person to hoing them... who wants to live sociably in a friendly house that is nicely presented and kept clean and tidy by the other housemates.
