A bright and modern double room on the first floor of this detached family home with beautiful front and back gardens. The room has a wardrobe, desk, shelves and chest of drawers. The queen sized double bed has storage too. Wifi perfect throughout the house.

Sole use of bathroom with bath, electric shower, sink and toilet. It is right next to your room, all family rooms are on the top floor of the house. My two sons are both away at University, they might come home for the odd weekend and will use the family rooms on the top floor.

Other shared rooms are the large kitchen (with table, breakfast bar). There’s a ground floor living area with sofa. The garden has a BBQ and garden furniture.

I live in the house and work as a teacher. I'm active, friendly and welcoming. I have a cat who’s very shy. The house is kept clean and tidy and you’ll be expected to play your part in keeping it this way.

Unfortunately I can’t accommodate smokers, children or couples. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum at night and guests must be agreed in advance please. This is a beautiful part of the city and past lodgers have all been very happy living here.
