Located within a stone’s throw of Hunters Bar, Endcliffe Park and Botanical Gardens. Easy access to town and transport links.

A bright and modern double room on the first floor of this detached family home with beautiful front and back gardens. The room has a wardrobe, desk, shelves and chest of drawers. The queen sized double bed has storage too. Wifi perfect throughout the house.

Shared use (with one person) of bathroom with bath, electric shower, sink and toilet. It is right next to your room, all other family rooms are on the top floor of the house.

Other shared rooms are the large kitchen (with table, breakfast bar). There’s a ground floor living area with sofa. The garden has a BBQ and garden furniture.

It is important that you understand you will share a home with a family. One adult and one 17 year old boy who are both out during the day during term time (perfect if you work/study at home). We’re active, friendly and welcoming. We have a cat who’s very friendly too. You’ll have all the privacy you want or can join in if you feel like it.
The house is kept clean and tidy and you’ll be expected to play your part in keeping it this way.

Unfortunately I can’t accommodate smokers, children or couples. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum at night and guests must be agreed in advance please.
