I’m moving to Barcelona with my girlfriend so looking to rent out my room In what I think is one of Sheffield’s nicest areas! has a king size bed with plenty of storage underneath, full wardrobe and a desk! Balcony with double doors opening up into the living room, heated flooring in the (shared) bathroom which is really nice when it starts to get a bit colder. Parking spot could be arranged at an extra charge. Also has a courtyard with a BBQ & newly renovated garden area, access to a gym (included) and guest rooms (at an extra charge through the building management)
