Large double room in friendly house

Friendly, active couple looking for a lodger for our house in Walkley. The room is a large double room, and the house has a cosy living room and spacious kitchen. The bathroom pictured is shared but we have an en-suite for peak times (mornings). The house has a tiered garden, bike storage, water tight basement and free on street parking. We have a one year old lab - but she's well behaved and doesn't go upstairs. We'd like to find someone who's easy to live with (friendly and tidy), shared interests would be a bonus. The price includes bills. There is free on street parking, the house is ~400 metres from 95/52 bus stops to city centre, 500 metres from south road shops, pubs and cafes/restaurants, 5 minute walk from bolehills park, a 10 minute cycle/drive from town centre (train station) and has good access to the peak district and Rivelin Valley.
