Single Studio with ensuite in Ranmoor Village

Need someone to take over my contract for next semester (starting January, however I may be open to someone moving in earlier at no extra cost). This single studio for one person is located in Ranmoor Village and is part of the University of Sheffield accommodation. The room features two hob rings, a kitchen sink, a microwave and a fridge with a freezer box, a bigger bathroom, a double bed, and two windows - none of which you would get in a standard room at Ranmoor/Endcliffe. The bathroom and the room itself is also a lot larger than a standard ensuite room. There is also a quiet communal area which gives you access to an oven and other plug-in appliances. Unfortunately, only females are able to take over this contract as the flat itself is single-gendered. The room costs £23.32 a day and for the entire semester (until 11/07/2020) will cost £4384.16. I am hoping to move out so that I can commute to university from home instead, otherwise this room would be perfect for me. This is the only single studio available in all of Ranmoor/Endcliffe.
