Looking for an outdoorsy person to live with!

Hi I'm Sarah, I'm 34 and looking to rent out my spare room.

I am looking for a short-term lodger becuase I will be moving house. I have just had an offer accepted and they have said 9-12 weeks but could be longer.
(The house I will be moving to is in Norton Lees and may be looking to rent that room out too)

The single room up for rent has a single door wardrobe, chest of draws and a bed in it.

Since this is my home I am looking for someone who will be tidy and clean. It would be good to rent my room out to a fellow outdoorsy person....bonus points if you climb or boulder, as I climb a few times a week, I also enjoy yoga, netball and love to go out on my bike too :)
If you don't climb that is fine, but if you do my house is pretty much equal distance to most of the Sheffield climbing walls. 10 min drive to The Climbing Works and 10 min drive to The Depot.

I would prefer a non smoker
