Hi everyone, I’m looking for somebody to take over my tenancy at The Elements (A31, rm4). It is an en-suite and a double bed with a shared kitchen and living space. Ability to rent the flat over the summer!
The flat is for 5 people, which currently has 2 boys and 2 girls occupying it other than me. They are all very nice and friendly. Unforeseen circumstances of my father passing away has led me to be unable to stay in Sheffield anymore.
The flat is on Bramall Lane and is a walking distance from city and collegiate campus.
The rent is £124 per week with all bills included. The contract is until 25th July 2020. RENT PAID TILL JANUARY!! DEPOSIT PAID! CAN MOVE IN ASAP!!!!
